Are you bringing your kids to the NOVA Conference? Are you ready for your teen to learn advocacy and peer leadership skills? Imagine learning how to create safe and supportive school environments , getting trained on how to respond to friends or peers going through unhealthy relationships, and joining a global community of Gen Z teen student leaders ready to change the world, all while in high school.

BLOOM365 is once again excited to partner with NOVA to offer our Annual Peer Advocate Summer Academy for teens, going into Grades 8 and up. This academy takes place during NOVA’s Annual Training Conference August 1-4 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

During our immersive and highly interactive four day Peer Advocate Academy, teens will meet and learn from young activists, influencers and experts on how to make a difference and lead the global movement to uproot abuse.

The Peer Advocate Academy will place teens in a supportive, empathetic environment where they will:

  • Learn about the root causes of domestic violence, sexual violence, teen dating violence and bullying and how to prevent them.
  • Get trained on how to support peers who have experienced an unhealthy, controlling, toxic, or abusive relationships or friendships.
  • Become an activist on their school campus by leading awareness campaigns.

Over 80% of teens say they would confide in a friend before going to an adult if they were experiencing or witnessing victimization.

Looking for more CEU opportunities after you leave Denver? We are offering our in-person 48th Annual Training Event attendees a discounted rate of only $150 to add on the 2022 Virtual Conference when they register for both the in-person event in August and virtual conference in September.

*All CEUs must come from new learning. You will not receive CEUs for attending the same workshop twice. NOVA will provide the 2022 Virtual Conference agenda ahead of the in-person event so Bundle Registrants may plan accordingly.


COVID Policy: NOVA will be adhering to all CDC guidance so that we can all come together safely. At this time, we are planning for a masked event. All attendees, exhibitors and presenters will be required to submit their proof of vaccination ahead of time in order to attend.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for NOVA’s In-Person 48th Annual Training Event:

For all paid registrations, a refund, less a $90 cancellation charge, is available if a cancellation request is received via mail, fax or email at the NOVA office by 5:00PM, ET June 15, 2022. No refunds are available, for any reason, after June 15, 2022, 5:00PM, ET.

NOVA is unable to refund only the virtual or in-person component of a bundled deal. Your total registration cost is subject to the same cancellation policy above.

Paid registrations for the in-person 48th Annual Training Event may not be transferred to NOVA’s 2022 Virtual Conference after June 15, 2022, 5:00PM ET.
