NOVA is excited to utilize our years of experience in online training and flex our creative muscles to create an unforgettable virtual experience! NOVA’s Virtual Training Event will take place over 10 days, July 20 – July 31, 2020 (Monday – Friday, 11am – 5pm ET).

ENJOY FLEXIBILITY: AVAILABLE LIVE AND RECORDED. All registrants will have access to the live event and all training recordings. You’ll receive your CEUs regardless of how you choose to participate! Recordings will be made available until 09/15/20.

NOVA Mobile App & Online Portal

The Event App and Online Portal will be your platform to access all virtual workshops, keynote sessions, networking opportunities, recordings and more! It will also help you track your CEUs and generate credit reports. Below are instructions on how to download and log into the Event App and Online Portal.

This year, we recommend participants take advantage of the online event portal. During the event, you will be able to jump directly into live sessions from this page. To log in:

  • Use and save this link:
  • Select: “NOVA’s Virtual Training Event”
  • Read the log-in instructions
  • Email: Enter the email you used to register for this event
  • Universal Password: NOVA20

Note: All plenary/keynote sessions and virtual workshops will be recorded and will be available in the online portal to watch later if you are unable to attend as it’s happening live. The optional/bonus zoom small sessions are not recorded – they are available as an additional networking opportunity. All zoom small sessions (not virtual workshops or keynotes) require pre-registration and you can sign-up via the links available in the app.

We are using Zoom for our Virtual Training Event! Take the time to download the app for the best viewing experience. You will find the session links in the Daily Agenda via the Online Portal.

ATTN MILITARY ADVOCATES: We understand that you are not able to download Zoom onto your government computers. BUT YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE LIVE. When you click the access link, you will be invited to “Join from your browser link” OR via the Zoom app. Select to participate using your browser. 

Alternatively, feel free to use a personal device. You will be able to log into the online portal from any device. It will still log your CEUs accordingly.
