The NOVA 44th Annual Training Event is a great way to stock up on Continuing Education Credits for your credentialing!

NACP & D-SAACP: 
Attendees at NOVA’s 44th Annual Training Event can earn up to 22.0 hours of continuing education for the National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP)® and Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP). To learn more about workshops, breakouts and keynotes presentations visit our At-a-Glance page.


MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and LCSWs:
In partnership with the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma (IVAT)*, the NOVA conference now provides up to 22 hours of continuing education credit for Marriage and Family Therapists. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Licensed Educational Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. To receive continuing education credit for these licenses, enroll with IVAT during conference registration ($60 fee). If you would like to pre-registration for IVAT ($50), please click the following link to pay and register:  44th NOVA Annual Training – Continuing Education $50

CE fees are non-refundable.


*IVAT is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. IVAT maintains responsibility for this continuing education program and its content. This conference meets the qualifications for up to 22.0 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The CA BBS continues to recognize the APA as an approved provider of CEs for LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and LEPs. IVAT is approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses to offer continuing education for nurses (CEP #13737).  IVAT is approved by the State Bar of California to offer Minimum Continuing Legal Education for attorneys (#11600). IVAT is approved by the California Association of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselors (CAADAC) to offer continuing education for certified alcohol and drug counselors (Provider #1S-03-499-0219).
