Military-Related Harm800-TRY-NOVA

The military is a subculture with its own customs, laws and law enforcement. Progress has been made with affirming victims’ rights, accepting civilian civil protection orders and providing victims’ services in the military context. Challenges can still exist for victims, including the issue of understanding criminal jurisdiction and accessing available resources.
