All 2009 conference activities will take place at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.

The Hotel

All conference attendees are invited to stay at The Westin Kierland at our special NOVA rate.

The NOVA Group room rate is $125 for single or double occupancy per night, plus applicable taxes. Group rate reservations may be made online by visiting the NOVA Conference Group Room Rate Reservation Website

 

The Government rate is $96 for single or double occupancy and may be made online by visiting the NOVA Conference Government Room Rate Reservation Website

Transportation To/From The Airport

There are several transportation options to (and from) The Westin Kierland Resort from Phoenix Sky Horbor International Airport (PHX):

• Supershuttle (special NOVA rate)
  Receive $2.00 OFF one-way ($18.00), $4.00 off roundtrip, making it $18.00 and $36.00 respectively, IF YOU BOOK ONLINE. Discount Valid: August 20-31, 2009. To book online go to: www.supershuttle.com and enter your discount code: 7CTEY. Discount valid online only. Gratuity not included.
• AAA Sedan
  AAA Sedan provides airport shuttle service to/from The Westin Kierland. The cost is $50 each way (up to 3 people) and they will meet you curbside by the blue diamonds outside of all terminals at Sky Harbor Airport or they can meet and greet you at baggage claim for an additional $20 each way. • Rental Cars
  Many car rental companies operate out of Phoenix International Airport. A shuttle from the airport has continuous stops every 5 to 10 minutes at the curb on baggage claim levels of each terminal. • Taxi Service
  Taxi terminal access is as follows: Terminal 2: North curbside, Terminal 3: North curbside and Terminal 4: Level 1, north curbside. Rates remain the same regardless of company, number of passengers and number of bags. Rates (subject to change) are as follows: The first mile is $5. Each additional mile is $2.10. Each hour of a traffic delay is $21. The minimum fare is $15. Each per trip airport surcharge is $1. For more information on taxis, see the Taxi Information webpage provided by the airport.
